Employment Opportunities
Most of the jobs we have are for part-time employment in the evening working as a housekeeper cleaning an office building or healthcare client’s office areas after they have closed for the evening. For these jobs we try to hire people who live or work in the town where our customer’s building is, which could be any town within 75 miles of Bangor including Augusta, Waterville, Rockland, Belfast, Ellsworth, Lincoln, etc. We also have a number of employees who work part-time in the mornings mostly in the Bangor Area. Although we have a few full time housekeepers in larger buildings or doing a route of buildings on a truck based out of our building in Hermon, most full time positions involve higher skill levels. Project cleaners who clean carpets, strip, wash & burnish tile floors, and wash windows are mostly full time based out of our office. We also employ area supervisors who are responsible for a group of part-time employees and these can be part or full time depending on where they work and how many employees they are responsible for. Of course we may need office personnel and a sales/marketing type from time to time. We try to post current openings on the Maine Job Bank, but often fill jobs as soon as they come open with applicants who have applied for different positions, but whose applications we have on file already.
