Our Management Team
Harrison Clark - President
Harrison began his career with ServiceMaster Clean in 1975. He bought the Bangor franchise in 1981 and has been the Owner & President since. Over those 38 years, Harrison has earned many significant certifications and designations awarded within the industry, and he and our company has been recognized several times for excellence. Harrison has seen the commercial janitorial industry change dramatically over the past 38 years, and has been the leading force in ensuring our company is practicing the most state of the art innovations, and on-going education and training offered by ServiceMaster Clean Corporation. He is very active within the company in administration, sales & marketing, customer contact, and project management.
Jim Differ - Regional Manager
Jim started his career with ServiceMaster Clean in the Boston, Ma. Area when he was a teenager. Since that time Jim has owned his own commercial janitorial service in the Belfast & Rockland areas of Maine, and he has over 30 years of business and account management experience. Jim’s primary responsibility is to service the communities of Waldo and Knox counties. He is involved with the management, operations, sales, and customer satisfaction for those areas.
Mina Sawyer - Operations Manager
Mina has been with our company for over 26 years. She has served many roles and has gained a great deal of experience in the “ServiceMaster” way. Today she is our operations manager and oversees our second and third shift employees. Mina also oversees training of new employees and ensures that all employees receive the required ongoing training and certifications.
Our company also has several supervisors assigned to oversee both our project crews and our housekeeping staff. Our “hands on” supervisors stock and supply the facilities of the clients we serve, inspect the work of our staff, and assist in the efforts to provide excellent service every time we service an account. The entire management team is responsible for regular client visits, facility inspection, and to troubleshoot. Each of the management staff is always available by their cell phones.
